Unpack and REALLY move in.
By Real Estate standards the seller’s obligation is for a home to be ‘broom swept’. Yours may have been cleaned beyond that, however, to comfortably REALLY unpack and start living there it needs to be properly cleaned. The prior owner’s ‘residue’ is still in areas where your items will go (mostly kitchen and bathrooms). Do you have the time? JUST having the kitchen ready to truly unpack would be worth your saved time.
