Our cleaning is not dusting and vacuuming (unless you insist) but specialized in ‘overlooked’ but impactful items. The walk through appointment, with you, will entail detailed discussion of any, and all, items we see as needed to enhance your listing “For Sale”. Documentation will list all items to be completed.
